Hello Mark and Dragonwalker. Having trouble attaching the photos, but as you will see from the other pictures I posted of the transmitter that’s what makes it unique for the CX 2 If the contacts are rotted off in the original transmitter, if it looks like the one I posted get enough of the metal clean and start adding solder until you make little tits that stick up that will make contact with the batteries when you push them in. Otherwise go to eBay they’re cheap. JPEE
